The details is a little bit confusing for me. Are you two married with another persons or you two are married with each other? Well if you two married with each other then it means she do love you and that would be perfect for you two. But if you two are married with another persons then maybe that smiles means she do love you but you two both know that this i love you to each other is not going far. We all know divorce is a little bit too complicated in our country. Anyway, what ever the meaning of this smile, i think you should not worry or think too much. Life is already hard enough, then better live to here and now. Good luck...

Married to eachother or other people?
Either way love doesnt have to be spoken the fact she smiles means she knows and you should know she loves you.

She smiles because she knows it is a moot point, since you are both married to someone else.

I love a lot of people but I have no intention of running away with them. And I say I love you to a lot of people too. It doesnt hurt unless one person thiks there is anything more in it in a relationship that is otherwise platonic. Maybe see how much you already have in your own life before you make an atempt to gamble it all on whether she means it when she says she loves you.
