writes:Me and my boyfriend have been dating for three years now. I am 21 weeks pregnant and we are both very excited. I was wondering, we had been having unprotected sex for a while and he had been ejaculating inside me. I finally got pregnant, but why hadn't I got pregnant before from all the other times he went inside me? I had sex with another person and he didn't cum at all and I wanted to know is it possible I got pregnant from him. Even though it doesn't match the dates of conception, or due date, I am just very scared because I love the man I have been with and I made a very big mistake. Please help answer if you can.

reader, anonymous, writes (22 February 2009): I had a friend who was in this exact situation. She even had a period b/w when she slept with the other guy and her fiancee. She thought she was safe, but the baby turned out to be the other guy's. Her fiancee found out when the other man asked for a paternity test....so it really depends on how far apart the contraception dates are....

reader, anonymous, writes (22 February 2009): If the dates don't coincide with the other guy, then you have nothing to worry about. You don't need extra stress during your pregnancy, so I would get it out of your mind if I were you!
We all make mistakes,we are human. Don't decide to clear your conscience by telling your boyfriend. You will hurt him, and you could change this baby's future by doing so. Be true to your guy, and chalk it up to experience!

It took me 6 months to get pregnant.
and we werent even trying lol we just thought i wasnt fertile...come to find out it just takes different people different amounts of time to get pregnant.
So i wouldnt think any thing of it.

If you have unprotected sex then it's possible you can get pregnant. The withdrawal method is only 30% effective.
Your best bet is to stick with the conception dates.
Ask yourself why you cheated and get yourself checked for STDs.
