CRS698 agony auntHi there, Things wont change if you don't do something about it, I'm sure he doesn't have any intention to do anything and probably isn't even aware (or cares) how you feel. Why not give him an ultimatum? Tell him he either does something to make things better or you'll leave, don't just say it though, if it carries on? leave! then he'll be scared stiff and will be desperate to do anything you want to change. But then maybe that'll be too late and you will have moved on.
