 hello, I happened to read your post and remember what a friend of mine, who by chance teaches at a college said about girl students having crushes on teachers. He said he was scared only by the thought of it. he said he never considered the possibility of falling for one of his students though the age difference between them is not that big. it would be the same thing for him as it would be you and an 8 year old. how would you feel? not only age separates you two, but also his position and his mission as a teacher which does not include seducing the underage. in my country seduction in its negative forms is sanctioned by the law. I wish you good luck at getting ove him, but do not worry... even if you don t, you could always use this fuelling feelings as a reason to improve and mature yourself!

reader, anonymous, writes (7 May 2011): I've been in your position before we're both the same age and i know after reading these comments it'll disappoint you for 5 minutes you'll think about him and not give a second glance at what we say but in time you'll get over it , IN TIME i liked my teacher for 3 years i got over him like a month ago, i just came to terms that nothing could ever happen, it's your decision but you'll have to deal with the consequences. Either way things will be awkward if he likes you or not it'll be awkward, so for now put it off as long as you can and you can never make anyone love you , Trying to get his attention by dress that isn't appropriate will probably only put into the thought that your even less mature and wanting boys to seek you and that you have no confidence but to dress this way to give you a boost, be yourself in time you'll get over him ;)

It creeps him out, and frankly it should. He doesn't see his students as anything but his students and has no desire to fall in love with someone in high school.
I think you should stop chasing after him and start focusing on school and boys your age.

 You cannot make him love you and nor should you try. It is illegal for him to date you as you're both a child and his student. The only thing you'll do is get him in trouble and hurt his future as a teacher. If you really love him, you'll want what's best for him, and that's the ability to keep his job, and find a partner his own age.

 I get how you feel, although, I hope you know that nothing can happen as he could loose his job, go to prison, and also end up on the sex offenders list. Although I know that you may well know this but your feelings still don't go away. I would try finding someone your own age. It sounds stupid, but it does REALLY work. Just try and submerge yourself in everything but him.

He is a teacher and you are a student, this would make it illegal for you to have a relationship, he could be put into prison if he did have a relationship with you.why not go for some of the guys in your school which are nearer your age, get to know some of them and you might begin to be attracted to one of them :) I really hope this helps hun, good luck! xx
