He's one year older than me. i'm 16. i've recently stopped denying the obvious. i'm in love with my best friend. i've told him...and he's told me that he feels the same way only multiplied. but he has a gf that looks like she can't stand him. they fight all the time . He comes to me with all his problems and he knows me better than i know myself. he is all i think about nd he's told me that the only people he could never live without are me and his mom. He put me beforehis mother! I love him so much nd i'm like antilove...i've never really dated seriously. but this is deeper with riley. I love him...and he says everything over and over about how much he loves me. but he's still with that lil girl that hates him. his gf. Ive no clue what to do he has never lied to me. so...what's going on?

I think you should tell him his time has come to get out that hurtful relationship, especially when he tells you he loves you and is already attached, because he is technically cheating.
And after he has broken up (if and when), give him room to grieve, don't jump on him too soon.
Good luck,
