writes:well this is my problem...ok well i liked this boy last year well i had this big crush!!i mean i even dressed different 4 him 2 notice me and dont get me wrong it worked!!but come to find out he had a jealous x girlfriend.well one day i worked up the confidence to talk to him! he left class to talk 2 me and i gave him my number i mean it felt like a little tale it was so cute.well like in about 2 week it was prom and i was hoping that he would ask me....i was wrong! he just stopped talking to me out of the blue it was so mean of him!!well i just stated school again and come to find out i see him a lot!! on firday he tried to talk 2 me.. but the teacher told us to get to class!!what do u think he wants?do u think hes playing with me?i mean people said i look way better than last year is that why he want to talk to me??i need help!! please!!

 Puppy love! is what i usually call it. This is not take anything away from it but you should not be so upset coz you are yet to see how complex boys can be. This guy was simply upset when you just came up and told him about a girl who might still be his friend. Next time be carefull whom you talk to your boyfriend about coz he might just take you to be one of those possesive bitches out there.

 Hmmm this is a difficult one. Im glad you feel so confident that people are telling you that you look good, but you should never change how you look for a boy. Maybe he backed of because he didn't want the hassle from his ex. The best thing to do is to find out where you stand...just ask him. Hope this helps xxxxxxxxxx

reader, anonymous, writes (25 August 2007): Hisweetie, If people say you look a lot better than last year, maybe he just wants you for you looks and not your personality. I think that next time you talk to him you should ask him why he blew you off like that and your right it was so mean of him! But, you know guys, he might not have realsied that he had done it or something. The more you talk to him, the clearer his personality will become and if he doesn't give you a good enough answer to why he blew you off then maybe you can work it out for yourself.I don't know him so I could say he was playing with you with all of my knowledge. And, yeah, the way you look maybe why he wants to talk to you, but that's just guys for you! He sounds like a guy I know and if it was him then the looks would definitely be the reason!
