 I'm sorry to say, this probably means he's not that interested in you. If he liked you in that way he would probably be texting you all the time. I know if I liked a girl and she sent me a text I'd always reply, as well as texting her first too.

Obviously he doesnt feel the same way so you need to step up your game! Casually invite him to go someplace with you, to a game or whatever. When you spend more time together he'll get to know what a nice person you are and will want to hang with you more. And with luck, he'll even date you!
