A female Canada age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Well, theres this guy. I like him ALOT. I can't say that I love him, because I'm too young yadda yadda, but it feels like it. I was SO sure he liked me back. Examples:

At a dance, he asked me to dance 3 or 4 times. The next day at a party, he asked me to dance a bunch too, and one we asked eachother to dance at the same time.

Then the next day at the Parade of Lost Souls (local halloween parade), I was cold so he gave me his jacket. Then, he was cold, so I put my arm around his shoulder, and he put his arm around my waist and held my other hand. We walked around like that for like 45 mins. THEN when we got back to the house we were at for the Parade of Lost souls, a friend asked us why we were like, holding eachother, so I said we were cold as kind of a joking thing, then he said "It's a good excuse" and then WINKED. Anyway, by this time I had no doubt that he didn't like me. It hadn't even crossed my mind. I was ready to kiss him.

Then, (this being a week and a bit later), my nosy friend went up to him and asked him if I liked him and 'he said' that he liked me as a friend. But, I am ver suspitious of this friend who relayed me this information. Then somehow, the news that he doesn't like me spread, and everyone was like 'awwwww! I'm sorry! He doesn't like you.'

BUT he keeps giving me those 'i like you' looks in the hallways... omg...

I just like him so much and I don't know what to belive. I'm so crazy head over heels that I've been posting cheesy emo girl "i'm in love" messages on my msn name...

Please help!

sexi agony auntHi

I think that this guy likes you he may just be shy. You shouldnt believe what other people say so dont worry about what that friend said (about him not liking you). Just continue to chat with him and give your relationship more time to build. He likes you ( you can tell by his actions) Does he have a gf?

Regards, mail me if you wanna talk

peaches83 agony auntBy the effecion he has shown you, i would say that yes there is a great chance that he does like you.

By your friend confronting him on the spot on whether he likes you can be embarresing and really nothing to do with her.

Did you get your friend to ask him??

If so this could be seen as a childish move and not many people like this. Be upfront with him. Tell him that you are into him and wish to go steady and he will give you the answer.

I wish you all the best

Get over him.

Or not.

Dont complain if you got a few minutes of happiness from it all.
