 I think you just need to accept that maybe she isnt a slut, she just likes your cousin and not you. Just because she was giving your cousin a blowjob doesnt mean she's doing it with loads of other guys, it is more likely that she likes your cousin and they were fooling around together.
As Uncle Phil said, just write this one off as taken and move on. It doesnt sound like she ever showed you she was interested in you, so it is just one of those things. I'm sure in a couple of weeks there will be a new girl that you like and you will forget about this one! There are no real tips to help you get over someone, apart from give it time and try and keep your distance from her for a while. If she isnt around you so much then it will help you to stop thinking about her so much. So just try and make sure when you go out or see friends etc that she wont be there.
