 If you dont think you are pretty then don't bother trying. You have to believe in yourself REGARDLESS of how you look physically. Think of yourself as attractive. Fix your hair how YOU like it not what you think will make men like you. If you do that you are totally living for other people and that is the WRONG way to live your life.
Believe in yourself and let you personality show through and shine. THAT is what gets you noticed and loved by people. Not your size or clothes. You dont want to draw shallow people to you if all they want to be near is your body type or teeth!

 Well if your not happy with how you look and you want to change it FOR YOU and only you then go ahead and change it. but if they dont like you because your not pretty enough then just say heck with them because chances are you are probably above them. good luck

 A real man will like you for who you are and in the end wont care how heavy you are. A man who loves his woman will love her body aswell. Flaws and all.
As for these two boys you like you may find that they may like you as friend or they they themselves may like you for who you are. I would say be confident and just act natural around them. You may find that one of them may take notice of you or both.
flirt with them first before you say anything to them. if you think after a while that they aren't responding then just acknowledge that they probably think you are just friends and even though you like them move on.
