I think you know what I'm going to say. Just be careful. You don't want to rush into things, and even though you may not feel like it now, having sex with him may be something you regret. I know it may feel right at the time, but if things immediately don't work out with you two, it'll feel awful afterwards.
It's a big deal doing that, and I know you're mature enough to know that at least. Just remember to control your actions, and not to let him control them. In any case, at least be sure to use protection, if he's not willing to do that then he's not someone you should sleep with anyway.

 Giving a blow job under water? Never done it myself but I can imagine it being pretty tricky. Maybe not a good idea if it's gonna be your first time doing that kinda thing.
If you REALLY want to do stuff, I'd suggest just tossing him off. That'll be the easiest to do first time.
If you know you shouldn't have sex, surely that should be enough to stop you from doing it. But if you want to do it, make sure he wears a condom and you actually know what you're getting yourself into. Sex is a big thing, don't just assume it'll be easy.
I personally think you should wait though. Wait for someone who you're in a relationship with. Not just some guy who comes round your house and hops into your hot tub.
