I think I am losing the plot. I have a great girlfriend who I a currently with who has never given me reason to doubt what we have. However my paranoia means I ask questions and I get scared and worry about what we have. Tonight my weird episodes have gone a stage further. My girl means he world to me, but I have not managed to talk to my baby on the phone and I am being silly, yet I am so scared I won't talk to her again. I seriously feel I need help. I don't wanna be this way anymore.

Phyrekiss agony auntI have this same problem, I constantly ask questions to my boyfriend concerning "us" and other thing, and Im constantly worrying about it. Ive been trying to work on it, and the best thing Ive found so far, is to just tell yourself over and over again that everythign is ok, and if she has a problem, she will more than likely tell you or show you in some way or another. You should try and control how many questions you ask or how often you ask them, because it can get annoying after awhile, or so Ive been told. Good luck, and dont forget to tell yourself it will be OK
