How to i get over my ex?

We split a month ago after going out for 4 months, it was long distance but we fell in love but he broke it off as the distance was gettin to much and he couldnt keep affording to come up as i'm only 16 and not allowed down till 18.

I love him so much and we are trying to be friends but when i see him talking to other girls and meeting-up with old friends from school i get jealous and depressed.

I know i should try to move on but i don't think i can. We both had plans of movin in with one another so i could go to college down there next summer. It doesn't help though that he still calls me hun and stuff but we decided to keep in contact with one another to see what happens and if we could maybe get back together in the future because we both dont want to rush into things again and ruin it. So what should i do do? I try and keep in contact or do i try to move on and forget about him?

DearDolly agony auntTo be honest its going to be hard but i think you should move on, you obviously still really like this guy and he knows it and i wouldnt allow yourself to be strung along believing that you could get back together soon, him talking to other girls while your in this suituation is going to kill your self-esteem. Turn your concentration to something else other than him and don't contact him for a while. If he really wants this relationship then he'll chase you.

All the best

Dolly
