writes:ok um this is my first time asking a question so plz excuse me if somethings wrong, ok i have never givin oral sex before, with the exception of kissing i have done nothing close, and anyway there is this guy who i really like and is always giving me these looks but wont step up and take the lead ( kiss me first or anything like that) and i keep having these dreams like finding us all alone in a room or something and kissing him and then going down but i just dont know, when i think a bout it i really want to but when im on the spot i just dont want to face rejection.... i can tell hes interseted, i think, because when ever i wear a real lowcut shirt or a short skirt hes always like... looking and trying to get above me and looking down my shirt but i just dont know how to approach it

And by the way - you don't need to degrade yourself by wearing lowcut tops because if he likes you he will like you for you and not the tops you are wearing!!!

 Do you want sex or a relationship? Cause whether he wants a relationship can not be found in whether he looks at your low-cut shirt or short skirt. He's a guy. He's going to look.
If he's really shy and you want to let him know it's safe to make a move, smile at him a lot. Look him directly in the eyes. Laugh at his jokes. Stand in his personal space. And listen to him (don't do all the talking).
Or you could make the first move -- ask him out.
