 Trust me, if she was having an orgasm, she would know it and so would you! It's pretty primal in my opinion. Maybe she has never experienced one, so that's why she's not sure. Try different things like Duce suggested. Very few women can orgasm during sex unless they're on top, manipulating the head of your penis against their clitoris, or perhaps on their knees.  I think that if she was reaching climax, both of you would know it. Maybe you should focus specifically on getting her to orgasm. Some women can only get this orally. Theres plenty of techniques to giving a woman good oral and different women like different things. Try to find that special "thing" for your girl. By no means should you just plod along doing the same old tricks and wonder why shes not having an orgasm. Shake it up my boy! Get creative! Do some research and knock her socks off!
