Hate is a strong word love and I for one dont hate anyone, but yes I suppose you will come across some people in life like this I hope not many, Its not something I would look for as I believe in love peace harmony and a good party.
You most certainly tell with women, as they (not all please no hate mail:)) can get very bitchy in the way they act towards you make sly coments and generally try to make you feel uncomfortable, But dont let this ever affect your self asteem if this does happen as its mostly their insecurities love....
Men well I really dont no why again some men take dislikes to certain women if they dont no them, The only case ive come across is when I went out fancy dress as a punk rocker all pins n ripped fishnets and this guy who I didnt no me called me a slut tart bitch LOL! So that was pretty clear to me he had women issues... If you are feeling worried about this I wouldnt be, its not important to worry for the signs as they may come apparent and you just may never see it in a person always have confidence and be you and I hope you meet good people in life sweety.
