I'm dating someone but I have moments where I doubt that man...anyway, this man is much older. But, I can tell he's attracted to me but he's been a gentleman and always says hes old etc. Me, I just want to kiss him! just once to get it out of my system. I could never, ever go further because I can't share my body so easily...it freaks me out! But I just want to show him with one kiss how much his kindness, attention, and advice meant to me. He always is so hard on himself and though he accepts his age and acts it, I sense a need in him to just do something youthful and...freeing. Should I give him that?

First, don't lie to yourself: you're attracted to the man. It's not about giving him "one kiss". It's about kising him. I wonder if you would take it lightly if your boyfriend gave "just one kiss" to a "great" female coworker of his.
Besides, think beyond the "one kiss". Suppose the old man feels you like him (he should know better, but let's suppose he does) and tries to get "more than one kiss". What would you do if he began, erm, sort of showing more than "kindness" towards you?
Aunty BimBim says that maybe he is using his pheromones. Could be. It could also be that the poster is hot and the man has eyes, would definitely enjoy "one kiss" or "more", but is not overstepping. Let us not see him under a bad light only.
The person in control here is the poster. If she wants to show her appreciation, she can buy him a book or say "Hey, you a nice old fart!". That is enough.

There's no such as thing as just one kiss. It always means more to someone. Resist the temptation. You don't owe him anything just because he's nice to you and even if you only mean for there to be one kiss, I doubt he'll be happy just with one kiss to get it out of his system.

It sounds like the man may be giving off lots of pheromones, and uses the sexual attraction they cause to create a little unrest and desire in sweet young things.
Back off, no good will come of playing with this particular fire, just tell yourself the truth, it is a chemical reaction you are feeling, and being a thinking, rational human being you are under no compulsion to act on it.
