Tell her the truth. Tell her how you feel. You can't go wrong.

You know she likes you? Has she told you, or are you guessing, or have friends told you she likes you?
Either way, start chatting with her about this someone else you're interested in, and it should splash a bit of cold water on her fire. Do it gently and pretend you're sharing about it friend to friend. That'll avoid the whole "I'm sorry, I'm not interested in you" speech you're dreading.

Well just bring the girl up in conversation ask her what she thinks you should do. That way your telling her that your not interested and that you see her as a friend.
