I'm 5'8" 125lbs, so it could be the latter. In all honesty I don't think that I'm that ugly though, I'd say average. Sometimes I find myself in situations where girls my age will stare at me or sit next to me on the bus when there are empty seats. I would think this is some sort of flirting, but I have no clue because I am way too shy to spark conversation.What can I do? I'm not confident because I'm such a small guy lol Is there even the possibility that they think I'm attractive or do they just think I'm freaky or feel bad?

There is nothing wrong with you, other than being cripplingly shy. STOP THAT! The worst thing a woman can do is tell you to buzz off. Be aware my friend, that it is a "numbers game" - cause no matter how many women may be disinterested in your advances, there will be those that will be intrigued. Good fishing!

reader, anonymous, writes (20 February 2011): I wouldn't think it is b/c they feel bad. They may like you. Why not hand one of the ladies you see on the bus regular a rose and see what they do. Or say...do you like coffee..Ice cream...etc. I know this really great place if you wanna meet up and get some with me? also visit your local hair salon and ask the stylist to help you with your style for help in the "lady dept." They will help you...you just need to speak up and ask.
