i agree with cupcake, they sound very much like genital warts whick can be treated very easily with a cream from your local GP, however embarrasing it may be to approach him/her, to them it is a minor infection which is more common then not. left untreated they may go away for a short time and then return so get the medication needed and they'll be sorted in no time!

reader, anonymous, writes (17 September 2007): You may be worrying about nothing, it depends what the lumps are like, it is extremely easy to find out what they are though from sites on the net, certain kinds are just normal that develop as you reach a teen age, others you may have to go see the doctor for, but all should be easily cured. Hope you find out what they, it is better not to ignore them though.

It is very possible that you have HPV, look it up on the internet you will find pictures and information to help you compare to the bumps you have. Hpv causes genital Warts, but they can be treated and do go away, the virus usually stays with the person for a while but will eventually leave as well..
