I beleive the best way to move on and forget someone you like is to find someone else.
You're still very young and I think if you try talking to this girl about your feelings, it could get complicated no matter what happens.

 As I understand it, pre-marital sex is pretty much taboo there, regardless of the religion there. So you have two challenges here. religious taboo and blood relations.
So the first thing to do is probably talk to her first, and find out if she has feelings for you, then we can start from there. If she likes you, and your religion and or culture has no objections against your dating her, then you have a good future with her. However, even if the religion and the culture allows you to have a relationship with your cousin, I'm afraid that you cannot make someone fall in love with you. In this case, if she only sees you as a cousin and a friend but not a lover, then I think you should continue seeing her that way too. It is better to keep her as a friend than lose her friendship.

To be honest i do not think it is legal to do what you are thinking.
You should just try to let it go, eventually you will meet someone that you will connect with. It seems you only have sexual desires for this girl, just wait untill you meet someone you like for there personality and who they are, soon after that these thoughts that your having will disperse.
