 Well here is what i can address to you and maybe this can bring something to light!
First it could be that you have Sexual dysfunction. There are signs and symptoms to that. If so you would have to see a therapist about it.
However, though things seem good on the surface with your marriage the lack of sex could be coming from something else within the relationship, (maybe even something your not aware of.
Speak to your wife about this and start taking steps to fix it. Be thankful you have a wife who is supportive through this!!

Are you on any medication?
Do you still fancy your wife or if you are honest is sex with her just boring and repetative so you have just opted out.
Do you fancy men?
Have you tried spicing up your love life?
