Some signs and body language:
Dilated pupils.
Flipping and running her fingers through her own hair.
Legs crossed with the top one pointing at you.
Body pivoted towards you.
Licking her lips.
Giggling.
Reaching out and touching you during the conversation.
Tilting her head sideways to show interest.
Leaning in towards you.
Proximity - the closer she is, the more she is flirting.
Asking questions about you.
Telling you how "funny, smart, cute" you are.
Asking you if you are single.
You catch her staring at you.
You catch her looking at you frequently.
She asks other people, like your friends, about you.
If you are in a group, most of her conversation is directed towards you.
Blushing.
Nervousness (sometimes).

My brother has Autism too so I understand some of the difficulties you have, but if a girl likes you there are a few things you may notice:-
she makes a lot of eye contact or stares at you a bit absent mindedly,
she plays with her hair when talking to you,
she moves her hair to show her neck when talking to you,
she might giggle a lot!,
She might touch you occassionally - just a pat on the arm or something,
She goes out of her way to talk to you.
These are a few things that may signal that she finds you attractive or that she's flirting with you. If they're all there, she definitly likes you! But she might be a bit more subtle, but I think these are the main ways that she would show she's attracted to you.
I hope this helps :)
