If you are just having some precum, that just means you are very, very turned on. Most girls actually get turned on when their guys are turned on, so it's not a bad thing or an abnormal thing.

 Do you mean ejaculate (which is normally what jizz means) or precum? A bit of precum is perfectly normal, while actually ejaculating could be a bit of a problem in that it might be difficult to have sex. Precum is totally expected, there's no need to tell her, I'm sure she knows you're very turned on.
