When we first started it took a while, but now he cums twice before I cum at all. It's not that he is not good, no no no, I very much enjoy it, but I can never reach the end. I do get wet and I do orgasm, but not cum. Is this normal or is this something I should see a doctor or a gynecologist about?

I really dont understand your question! You say you can Orgasm but you cant "cum" - what do you mean by 'Cum'? Generally for a woman saying you have cum is the same thing as saying you have had an orgasm! Are you talking about squirting here?
Women do have the ability to ejaculate a little like men can, but not all women do, and it is pretty common not to. And we have nowhere near the amount of ejaculate fluid as men have, so dont expect it to look like that in any way!
And if your boyfriend can "cum' twice, that is a pretty amazing thing! Normally when a man has sex and ejaculates he cannot do it again for a little while after because of the way the penis and ejaculation works.
So if any of this story is true I would be very surprised. Perhaps if you want to clarify these terms you are using which I imagine you have got confused that would be helpful.
