No you shouldn't ask her out because she has a boyfriend and you should stop flirting with her. How would you feel if she was your girlfriend and a guy flirted with her?
Whether or not you choose to follow my advice is your choice but at least break up with your girlfriend. She deserves better then this. Also explain why! She deserves to know.
