I know exactly what your talking about!...but take into consideration it is both there fault. as for your ex, i think he knew knew full well what he's putting you thorugh and icertaintly dont think its fair that he would even think about going out with your best friend. as for your bff...doesnt anyone use the girl code anymore?

Completely, I understand about how if you hate someone that you can love them at the same time. But whatever he did doesn't sound like it was too good. So if you hate him then you shouldn't go out with him or be gelous of you best friend. After all she is your best friend and you should be happy just to see her happy.

You're never overreacting. However you react, it's okay. That said, it's terrible to feel like that all the time. Maybe you should distance yourself from your bff a bit, start spending more time with other friends so you don't have to see/hear about your ex so much. Or... tell your bff that you only want to spend time with her when he's not around.
Trying flirting around with some new boys. That might distract you from what's going on between your ex and your bff.
