Hi Anonymous,
Why on earth would you want to get rid of those curves?? Most people I know prefer a woman who has a nice butt, not the stick figures that run around Hollywood. (Bleh.)
Anyway, if you really want to reduce your curves, you could join and gym and see about getting a personal trainer. Those guys are professionals and know exactly what it would take to get rid of whatever you want to work off. They work on a case-by-case basis, so your exercise routine would be created solely for you.
You could also get help from your doctor or be referred to a dietician. Perhaps eating different and/or on a different schedule would help out.
The other suggestions you've received are good, too! So you could try those out if you don't want to go all out with professionals.
Take care.

Hey
You sound ok but if you want to tone up, i suggest you do cetain exercises targeted for the specific area of your body. For your thighs i suggest you do leg lifts and lunges. There is also a exercise called dumbell squats that is good for your butt and thighs. There are really good websites on the net that can help you tone up as well. Such as http://www.hydroxycut.com/WOMEN/WORKOUT/index.shtml this shows you what type of exercise you can do for certain parts of your body.
Also consume a heatlhy balanced diet if you dont already and consulte your doctor before you make any diet and lifestyle changes just to make sure you are ok to do it.
Good luck =]

Running is a really great activity that will reduce your body fat and tone up your muscle, swimming and cycling is really good too. Doing exercise is likely to improve your mood too, professionals are always recommending that exercise is the best thing to improve your wellbeing and help against depressive thoughts. All the best :)
