Wendyg agony auntyes you can very much still be pregnant with a light period, my sister had 3 light periods when she was pregnant. Its just he body adjusting. Take a pregnancy test to be on the same side, and pop along to your doctor if you are still unsure. Always cover yourself and dont have unprotected sex, take precaustions.

Look after yourself, no one else will.

Take care

A female reader, DrPsych United Kingdom +, writes (14 June 2006):

DrPsych agony auntIf you take a pregnancy test at home and it comes back negative then the chances are that you are not pregnant. However, if you want to be doubly sure then get a blood test done at your doctors - they can test your hormones at the same time to determine if a hormone imbalance could be the reason for your light period. If you have been stressed lately, it is fairly normal for a change in your cycle.
