It won't be the end of the world anyway. But I don't think your sister will bring that into a conversation with you. If she does you tell her you won't have that conversation with her. That's all.

 How old is your sister? If it comes up it comes up and it will get awkward, but you just got to deal with it when/if that happens. You will survive.
