Ok I'm freaked out about this!!

Last Monday morning I was walking from the car to work when I suddenly got this terrible cramp in my stomach, when I got to work I went to the ladies where I discovered that my jeans and under clothes were covered in blood!! Now I know it wasn't my period as I had that just under 2 weeks ago!!

I'm afraid to go the doctor and I haven't said it to anyone - not my mum or even my best friend!! I've got a boyf but we don't have unprotected sex.

I just need to kno what happened and to put my mind at ease..

stina agony auntHi Anonymous,

I agree with David Lewis - you may have had a miscarriage. And like all of the aunts/uncles have suggested, I think you need to be seen by a doctor.

If you did have a miscarriage, then you might need to have your system cleaned out (you might not, depending on what the doctor has to say). If you didn't have a miscarriage, then you could find out what exactly happened and what to do - if anything - if it happens again.

Take care.

David Lewis agony auntIt sounds like it could have been a miscarriage. You really do need to get checked by a doctor as soon as possible. As the other aunts said, we are not experts, so only a specialist can give you the correct diagnosis.

Seratuki agony auntThat sounds like some sort of hemmorage...unfortunatly us Aunts and Uncles are not medically trained..you really should see a doctor ASAP for a loss of blood like that.

You need to go to the doctor, what are you afraid of? Having a doctor examine you will put your mind at ease, you could just be having irregular menstrual cycles and need to be put on the pill or something like that to help regulate your cycle and give you lighter periods...there is nothing to be afraid of, I once had a heavy period that lasted for over 2 months straight and had to go on hormones to get it to stop and be reular, it happens during certain hormonal changes that take place in the body.....but you need to get it checked out by a doctor or you could risk losing too much iron and become anemic or worse....and that CAN be dangerous!
