 This is a tricky one because the self confidence has to come from within, nothing people say can make you do this, you just need to believe in yourself.
The most important thing to remember is BE YOURSELF, do not act any differently to if you with a group of boys. If people like you, they will like you for who you are, you should never try and act like something you're not.
Listen to what they say, being a good listener is important, and by doing this you will be able to calm yourself down and engage in conversation.
SMILE =) - Being happy is a big plus, a smile can make others smile too, and conversation will flow more easily.
