However, I recently found on my Dad's mobile phone some texts from another woman. And to be honest, they made me feel physically sick. I have just started a really important year of my life and cannot bear the thought that something is going to happen and my family will be torn apart. What should I do? Please help me because I havn't been myself since and don't know what to do. xXxXx

However, what type of texts are these? Are these just friendly banter, casual chit chat, or what?

This has obviously come as a great shock as you are a close family.Maybe you need to sit down with your dad and have a calm chat about your findings and ask him to explain.Ask him whether this indescretion is worth destroying your family.Remind him this is an important year for you and any disruption or problems would be better avoided.Tell him it must stop.....Good luck.
