I don't know where that came from, but not even the Satatnic Bible would go for that. Its perfectly normal to find attraction to an older woman, but not too old lest you be cruising the Nursing home for sex, and by the time you get around to it, they have already fallen asleep after the 4 pm Early Bird Buffet.
And Anonymous....I really think you have something there with the possibility of us being allowed to throw rocks at cheaters. I would love it, maybe make a game show out of it....I could host it, we could open a sports book in Vegas...Christ we are sitting on a GOLD MINE!

reader, anonymous, writes (31 May 2009): I've never seen anything to that effect in the Bible. But even if it did say so, there are many aspects of the Bible that are no longer practiced today. For example, most modern humans (that I know of!!) don't sacrifice animals to gain God's favor anymore. And instead of stoning their unfaithful wives to death, husbands who catch their wives cheating come to sites like DearCupid and ask for advice about it...lol.
Plain and simple, there are many things in the Bible that even devout Christians just don't pay attention to anymore. Society is evolving toward tolerance of same sex relationships :)

I remember that some friends of mine used to say whatever came to their minds, and when people asked them what their basis to say that was, they would always claim they had read it in Galatians. So, I assume you read "Galatians", too.
As long as you like older women for the right reasons (that is, unless you're trying to use them), I can't see the problem.

reader, anonymous, writes (31 May 2009): I have to agree with the britt429, I wasn't aware of anything like this in the Bible. Or is it more about the fact that you are attracted to women, and not about the age thing?
If this is really troubling you, do you think you could speak to your parents about it? Or someone in your local church? They will probably be in a better position to addise and reassure you. x
