The main one is that your periods stop.
If you want to know if you are pregnant then take a test.

reader, anonymous, writes (31 May 2009): Fact is, you may not see or experience anything out of the ordinary that early on. Some women do see implantation bleeding (basically spotting caused by the egg implanting into the uterine lining).
If you believe that you or a friend may be pregnant, the best solution would be to wait until the day you expect your period, and take a pregnancy test that day if your period hasn't arrived. Good luck
