It's 3 weeks into this birth control stuff and I'm feeling tired all the time and I have breast tenderness. I'm not feeling nauseous or anything, so I'm assuming that I'm just adjusting to the pills. Since I'm not due for my period now until June, there are no periods to miss to indicate that I am pregnant. What do you think?

Yes, the changes are very significant, but the pill will stop ovulation, so like it advertises, the pill is 99.9% effective. Breast tenderness and sleepiness could very likely be side effects of the pill, but to be sure, you should take a test.

hey im going to tell you STOP the pills i had started taking pills like that and i got pregnate and it just got nastey you should try something differnt because trust me its messing up your body snd just so you know if you dont bleed than you dont release eggs and blood and you got a high risk of getting pregnate with side effects. my best advise stop them and go to the doctors quick ask for a female check up and blood test not pee to test to see if your pregnate

Hmm I agree with the other advice the other aunts have given you.
I would check out this pill on the net and see what the side effects are, the breast tenderness and sleepiness does come when you are even coming up to a period or during one.
Often breasts can feel like bullets and extremely painful so it could well be the hormonal levels in this new pill you are on.
I must admit it does seem quite drastic to go onto a pill that only gives you periods 4 times a year. I don't know your history or reason for going onto them but the bodies natural monthly cycle is way out on these and not all pills suit each individual.
I once went through sheer hell when a doctor prescribed a high estrogen pill which made me constantly sick and would never listen to me but finally after 3 months of hell I told him change me to a normal 7 days of one type and 14 of another or else and never looked back since.
I would go and talk it through with my doctor though and explain your symptons as well and see what advice they can give you.
Wish you well.
Take care.

The breast tenderness is normal and due to the change in hormones the sleepyness is too. Try to drink less caffine and see if it helps the beast tenderness. If the tenderness doesn't decrease by then I would get a pregnancy test. Good Luck!

Where there any side effects mentioned on the packet or were this precribed by a doctor?
This sort of thing is surely going to play havoc with your bodies natural rhythm. These symptons are worth visiting a doctor about to verify if this is the case.
You may not be suited to them for some reason. Your body is not really meant to go through these kinds of changes. Why the change to these specific pills?

good luck love x
