Me and my ex boyfriend have been together for almost 4 years, and when we would break up i would tell him i would change and quit lying, but now im seriously ready to change for him, how can i make that clear to him, where he would believe me.

A female reader, penta United States +, writes (14 April 2007):

penta agony auntHe won't believe you for a while. You're the girl who cried wolf. But since he's still with you, you have a chance. You'll just have to never lie again, and eventually the trust will return. In this case, actions will speak louder than your (possibly lying) words. Hang in there.

hi,there is no quick fix answers to this one,its about trust and that takes a lot of hard work from you both,it aint going to be easy for your b/f to trust you to stop lying, seems you have told quite a few or is it more exaggerating to impress?which ever it is once you start to distrust your partner, its one of the most difficult parts to fix as there is always a little doubt in your mind,so start as you mean to go on and show him that you can do it good luck.
