writes:I have just found out that a guy I have been kissing and having some fun with at work has a girlfriend and that he only gets with me because I am shy, have low confidence and he feels sorry for me, I feel so stupid for falling for this idiot, I knew he was never actually intersted in me properly and he is right in that I don't really like myself all that much but I just went along with the flow because we were both single, I always knew he was a bit of a player but I didn't mind that, it was a way for me to build confidence and I enjoyed being wih him but I feel stupid and he must be having a right laugh at me with our work colleagues. What do I do about this?

Maybe he is laughing, maybe they all are. But you have honour, and that is far more important. You now know he is a two timing loser. Retain your honour by ending it with him and finding a far better guy.
