LonelyButNotAlone agony auntYou could be depressed. Is there anything in particular that's bothering you?

Even if there isn't, you could be clinically depressed. The chemicals in your brain might be causing you to feel down on yourself, unhappy, and fearful.

You should try talking to your mom and dad and see if they can help you through it. If you don't feel you can talk to them about it, your school should have a guidance counselor who specializes in this sort of thing.

Life is filled with ups and downs. Things will be okay though, just keep your head up and force yourself to laugh. :) Laughter is one of the best ways of getting through the hard times.
