Hi Anon, Thankyou for telling me your age, Sorry I didnt get bac to ou sooner, yesterday was hectic. I was hopeing you would tell me yo were a teenager as thats the ideal time to sort out any hormone problems.
However since you are fully grown there are a few things that can still be done for you. Firstly, you are beutiful with or without breasts, so please dont let your chest ruin your life. Now lets concentrate on getting you those bumps.
YOur vry lucky to b living in this contry, I dont think many of us appreciate the nhs for what it is :) Ok for a start there is nothing in this country that you can buy over the counter to help you, regardlss of any calims they may make. If you want to go the natural route, you can go to a gym 3 times a week where the instuctors will help you put what men call pecks on your chest, but they will be more muscle than breast, however they will be firm.
Other wise there is surgery, which wont help a great deal as you say you are flat, they can only put in as much as your skin would hold, so you would literally only have bumps to begin with, however they could be made larger over a course of years.
Next is the hormone route, you will need to make an appointment with your doctor, explain to him that being so flat is ruining your life (lay it on thick), You cant afford surgery and are afraid of the knife (im guesing here), tell him you cant take it nymore, yor life is allll about your chest. He will talk you through all the hormone treatments and should pu yu on a prescription. you may haveto see a specialist at one of the hospitals for tests on your own hormones. My third child cannot produce his own hormones at all, so down below he looks like a girl because the lack of hormones meant his bits never formed properly. He will never look like a proper boy down there because there is NO way, surgically or otherwise to increase a mans size. you can turn a man into a woman but you cant turn a woman nto a man if you see what I mean.
Women are lucky, there are many hormones and surgeries available to us, and the NHS will provide them if the lack of chest is truely degratory to your health.
One word of caution, you doctor will reccomend you see a councillor as well as giving you treatment, I strongly reccomed you take up the offer, if not because you need it but at least to strengthen your case xxx take care hun and good luck xxx

reader, anonymous, writes (18 November 2007): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionIm not trying to hurt anyones feelings but Im sick to death of people telling me I need to sort out my esteem issues - I posted this question in hope of advice on the physical issue of the matter not the mental issue. Yes its fine to build up my self esteem and tell myself Im ok and love my body - but that does not stop me looking like a freak, it doesnt stop every boy Ive been with mention it, it doesnt stop the fact that I cant even wear a bra. This is not normal so please dont tell me to try and accept myself. I mean, would you like it if you were a 24 year old who hadnt fully grown in the trouser department? Would you like someone to tell you what options are available i.e. surgery /growth pills or would you be happy to settle for advice on how to accept yourself and love your body? I didnt come on here for an argument so please dont reply with an unhelpful comment.

I realise that this is can be a self esteem issue and I appreciate the advice on this, but this is not a question about my self confidence and esteem I just want to know if theres anything that can be done i.e. hormone pills etc. Its ok saying " learn to live with yourself and be happy with what youve got" but thats not enough - I want to feel normal. Its not even as if I have small boobs - I have none my chest is flat.
