Lots of guys have asked me out but I always say no just I'm just not interested in them but I'm not gay. I say that if you really like her just ask her out.

 What makes you think that she is a lesbian? She may just not like those other boys and not want a relationship right now. The only way to find out if she would go out with you is to ask her and if you are friends she will probably explain more of the reasons if she does say no.
I would say that you should ask her out if you like her.
