Well, it would seem that you are more relaxed with yourself than with him - small wonder as you are only young and may not yet feel totally comfortable about ALL of the myriads of possible outcomes that having a sexual relationship can affect on your future!
It becomes easier when you feel in control of being an independent person who can accept all of those possibilities, financially, morally and relationship-wise. Sex isn't the answer or the conclusion to a budding relationship, sex opens up a lot more questions!!! And, of course, worrying about everything can negatively affect how you (which is perfectly normal) feel about sex!
I hesitate to say it, but perhaps you are not mature enough yet? If you were talked into this, or figure that everyone else is doing it, well, not everyone your age is doing it. You body may more in touch with your mind and your feelings than you think. That ability to let go and enjoy sex comes with intimacy and being part of a loving couple. Regular dating and boyfriend/girlfriend stuff doesn't necessarily have to include full out sex if you aren't comfortable with it. Just a few thoughts...

And even then, that's probably got a lot to do with the foreplay more than the actual sex. Though the sex itself does feel a lot better than it used to. Just keep enjoying your masturbation and experiment with oral with your boyfriend.
