She is probably more embarrased and hurt because she gave you a blow job and then she feels like you insulted her. You need to make it up to her. You need to take her to dinner or buy her flowers and go way out of your way to tell her you care about her feelings and how can you make it up to her. I think you should give her flowers, and offer her oral sex to please her. Then maybe the score would be even. She would feel much better and know that it was an acccident.

 I think sex and friends is a very dodgy bit of ground to be walking on in the first place. If you dont want to lose her as a friend, dont have sex with her - in any form. I think you need to give her some space. She may have felt that while she was giving you a BJ, she was in control and was literally telling you what to do. When you came on her face, it was probably a bit of a shock to her, as it wasnt expected. Personally, I think it is pretty degrading, and often guys use it as a way of showing dominance over a woman (I can do it, so its tough, type of attitude). Its also something peddled by the porn industry, and all the women are shown to love it. Well most real women probably hate it.
She may have thought you did it on purpose.
If she doesnt calm down, then talk to her and tell you it was just an accident, that you couldnt control it.
What I would say, is steer clear of getting blowjobs from people you want as friends. I know its a cliche but, would you want to be with a girl who had been given oral sex by all her male friends?
Keep sex where it should be, in a relationship.

Looking at it from both sides; you couldn't hold it long enough and ejaculated all over her face, but she wanted it in her mouth. So and although you couldn't hold it, did you say to her that you were about to ejaculate? I'm sure that you can tell when you are and at that time you could have let her have it thw way that she wanted or she could have even grabbed it and put it in her mouth.
In other words, both of you could have done something to solve the problem.
