 It is all about self control, Nick. Try to concentrate only on her, more than yourself. I know it can take some time before a woman reaches her orgasm, making it harder for the man to hold his any longer.
If you want, try this method - it does speed up the 'process' of her reaching climax.
Pleasure her orally for a while, then pour a little baby oil in to your hand, rub round her vagina and clitoris, the oil makes your hands and fingers slide much easier - thus stimulating her more and arousing her enough to cum, and quite quickly too, and hopefully you wouldn't have ejaculated by then and Bob's your Auntie!!

- Make sure the position in which you are having sex is comfortable and does not cause you to be too tense; if you use your legs/butt muscles too much you will ejaculate faster.
- When you first start copulating, go slow and use that time to concentrate on relaxing your body. Doing this is very important.
- Whenever you feel yourself get close, stop or slow waaayyy down and again concentrate on relaxing.
