Erm I can't remember the actual name but do you dry hump, I had it happen. Once and I done that and as soon as the girl touched me that was it ha.. but its just nerves mate.. main suggestion masterbate a few times before you meet her.. Erm I find alcohol helps me last longer.. or there are condoms with numbing creme in them.. which I didn't find useful but you might.. I don't think foreplay will help your situation as you will be aroused for longer.. so it will happen sooner.. go for option 1 I would say pal.

Virginity is a mostly irrelevant state of mind. As for your premature ejaculation problems, most guys I've known who are starting out (and I've taken so many male cherries I can claim to be an expert here) do tend to get very worked up and fire before really loading, if you get what I mean.
Relax. Usually things should get better after a few more months particularly if you're with a steady partner.

Guys who get over-excited at the thought of sex, just aren't used to it. Their motor is racing the minute they're next to a female. Slow things down.
If you're too worked up before sex; take a cool down shower.
There are things you can do. First of all, don't stroke yourself before penetration. Don't move so fast. You can also masturbate an hour or so before your date. That removes a lot of pent up sexual tension. Let your mind wonder when you feel yourself edging close to ejaculation.
If it happens too soon, not to worry. Just clean up and get worked up again. Give her some foreplay and kissing to get another erection. Then try again.
If you stop and get all whiny and sappy; because it happened, you kill the mood for the both of you. It's no big deal. She knows you're new at it. She'll be patient.
Unless you want to be a father, or want to catch an STD; put the condom on before penetration.
