celtic_tiger agony auntI would say, next time, dont go out in a group on Valentines day!

If you want to spend all the day kissing and hugging your boyfriend, then go to the cinema on your own as a couple, or stay at home instead. There are many ways to get around this situation.

When you are not in a relationship and everyone around you is all coupled up, it can be very lonely when out in a group, because everyone else is focused on their BF/GF. In some ways this was actually quite a mean thing to do to her, if EVERYONE else has someone to talk to and kiss at the cinema. Being teenagers, I expect most of you will not be coming up for air much due to the amount of kissing going on? Most of the time you are completely oblivious to everyone around you, and people can and will get a bit fed up with it. If all your friends are doing this she will feel like a spare wheel. Make sure you talk to her and include her in the group so she doesnt feel left out.

I know it is valentines day, but try not to rub her nose in it, and next time maybe just arrange to do something with your BF alone, where it doesnt matter how much you kiss each other.

You spend the day kissing your boyfriend, but don't do it full on in front of your friend. Be a little discreet. Of course you should kiss your boyfriend, but don't make it massively obvious or over the top. Enjoy Valentine's Day.
