I don't think that we know eachother that long to say that to eachother. He says he don't mean it, he just for me. Should I say it back to him or keep it moving. Don't say it if you don't mean it. I can't believe that he wants to hear it even though he knows it's not sincere. Besides, who is he to boss you around? Just some friend? You're not even his girlfriend! Tell him if he wants to hear those three little words, he's going to have to start taking you out on dates and making himself WORTHY of your love.
If you do decide to say it, tell him "listen, if you want me to say it, I will. But I don't mean it. At all." He'll get the picture.

Since you're asking for advice on this one..I think you don't feel it, so don't say it. "I love you" is not just something you say to anyone. Let him get mad all he wants, but he'll respect you more if he knows that you mean it maybe later on down the road, and not just to please him.
Take care.
