 Tell her you, and which of your friends that you know like her. Don't tell her that your letting her decide, that will put her right off. But just telling her who likes her makes her see that she has options, then she can pick who she wants, and that could be you.

There is no way of answering this without someone getting hurt. But I think I have a way to do this.
Tell her who likes her and then let her decide who she wants to go out with, if anyone. Its the only fair way this can be done.
I'm sorry if that's not what your looking for but its the fairest way.
