 I agree with Honeygirl.
go to a local department store with a high quality name brand makeup counter and ask for a free makover... they will teach you. you may want to buy at least one of their products afterwards as well
also note that wearing makeup is the first step.
taking it off and properly cleansing your skin afterwards every night is critical too.

 A lot of girls your age will pile the makeup on and that's a mistake. If you think you really need something for your skin, try a tinted moisturizer and a good cream concealer for zits. Make sure you ALWAYS take it off at night. Always. Sometimes if I'm coming home from a concert very late and exhausted, I will use Cetaphil, which can be used without water. You rub it on, then wipe off with a warm damp towel.
For eyes, coppery eyeshadows (things with orange undertones) look great with blue eyes. Use black mascara and only do one or two coats. You don't want clumpy spidery lashes. Definitely be really careful with eyeliner, look on youtube for more tips about this. You should probably stick with gray or brown eyeliners rather than black and try to focus on your upper lid rather than lower.

Every guy is different. I'd say most prefer less makeup over more, or at least it should enhance your features as opposed to being the star of the show.
Go to YouTube and look at the different makeup tutorials, then find one that you like and seems simple enough for you to do yourself.

Anywys you can always use a BB cream by garnier or any other brand it gives u clear coverage and clears ur skin..use a light poswer on top,if u have dark circles may be a good concealer..just use some lipgloss or may be a pale pink lipstick would look good on you and finish it off with some pink blush on your cheeks

 Hon, why dont you go to one of the cosmetic houses in the bigger stores and book a free facial? They will be able to advise you on how to do your make-up to make the best of your features.

Don't worry so much about the types of makeup styles boys like. If a boy is interested in you, he will be, regardless of your makeup choices. I used to be *horrible* at makeup, but I still got a boyfriend!
If you need ideas on how to apply makeup, try watching youtube videos. They have been a great help to me!

Sounds to me like you just want to wear a little make-up to feel a little more attractive :) nothing wrong with that Darling, i never go anywhere without wearing make-up it just helps make you feel a little sexier!
My advice is, have a little look on youtube at some make-up tips, there are thousands of vids on there that show you how to do all types of different styles, and they show you exactly what to use :)
Just make sure if your going to use foundation choose the right shade for your skin, nothing worse than having an orange face and a white neck :P
