I thought I really liked the 13 year old girl but now I have been talking to the girl my own age again and I'm starting to like her more. I don't want to hurt the girl who is 13 but think I might have to. Reply to this Question Share |

Well, I might not be the right one to answer this, cuz my 15 year old bf (ex) broke up w/ me and I'm 13. So I am gonna sympathize with the 13 year old. But I know that you gotta do what ya gotta do, so just go with what your heart tells you, and give that girl a shot. If it doesn't work out, then the other girl might still be there to try, but if it doesn't then hey, there are plenty of fish in the sea.

Hi Sweetheart, If you are sure it is the 15 year old you really want then you have to talk to the 13 year old girl and explain to her, gently, because the last thing she will want to hear right now is that you have found someone else, that she is a great girl but your feelings toward her have changed. Let her down gently but don't give her false hope that you will change your mind. Offer your friendship but be aware that she will be hurt and may not accept it - be kind! After you have done that give it some time before you see the 15 year old because to us girls it feels like a slap in the face! I am glad you have done the decent thing so far and not cheated and if you do this the right way it should all work out for you. I hope you find happiness with your new girlfriend!
